We leverage our 30 years of expertise in providing innovative solutions, global reach and technical prowess, we offer a comprehensive slew of industrial automation solutions, including turnkey physical automation projects and digital factory requirements of our customers.Company Url: https://wipropari.com/Position: Engineer/ Sr. Engineer – Controls Software (PLC Programmer)Location: MexicoEducation: BE/Diploma – Electrical, Electronics and Instrumentations/MechatronicsExperience: 2-5 yrs – Engineer level; 6-8 yrs – Sr. Engineer levelJob Type: On Contract (6–12 Months Duration) The application-specific experience is required for the following applicationMaterial Handling Conveyor SystemsRobotics System with Material HandlingGantry SystemJob Profile:TECHNICAL PROFICIENCIES REQUIRED:- PLC Programming – Require knowledge of siemens &/ Or Rockwell:Siemens Software - Simatic Manager, TIA Portal, Wincc Flexible, StarterRockwell Software- RxLogix 5000, Factory Talk-CNC Programming- Require knowledge of siemens 840DSL programming for gantry application.-Robot Programming- Require knowledge of Fanuc/ ABB robot with DCS & Safemove programming certifications.-Vision Programming: Cognex, Keyence, Fanuc Vision (2D, 3D, 3DL, 3DV), ABB Flex Vision.KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-Define programming structures for the project to ensure compliance with the customer norms and standards.-Write sequence integration, safety programming, and testing, considering the project's mechanical and electrical requirements.-Create standard modules per project requirements to design standard programming functionality and ensure timely execution of projects.-Perform system installation, safety implementation, and sequence testing to ensure system integration and safety programming are activated and working properly.-Lead the project software development, installation & execution and provide support to a system after installation.-Assist service and engineering with the field installation and test of new control systems.-Provide production support & support to complete open issues on site.-Interfaces with manufacturers and vendors of software and application products, especially about problem diagnosis and resolution.-Respond to service calls to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair programming and system failures.Work Authorization: Candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S. under a valid TN Visa.
