Job Description

Position Summary: Responsible for aligning IT systems with business operations through analysis, documentation, and delivery of integrated software solutions. This includes managing technical projects, supporting cloud and web services, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Analyse and map end-to-end business workflows and define system rules. Collaborate with teams to ensure specifications are clearly understood and deliverables meet quality standards. Document system changes, prepare release notes, and support stakeholder training. Conduct business process modelling and assist with technology testing scenarios. Triage and manage defects, assist with new feature implementation, and support production releases.

Promote continuous improvement and innovation within agile teams. Coordinate and support UAT activities and stakeholder engagement. Maintain and update internal process documentation post-release. Participate in all sprint ceremonies and communicate action items. Skills & Experience Required: 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst. Tertiary qualifications in IT, Business, or a related field. Strong experience with UAT, defect management, and agile practices. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, documentation, and UI/UX application flow. Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities. Able to quickly absorb new subject matter and drive outcomes. Strong problem-solving, organisational, and time management skills. Additional Responsibilities:

Write and maintain requirements, user stories, specifications, and release documents. Assist users and clients with technical queries and application usage. Provide internal training and support to team members. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to innovation. Respond to support tickets and coordinate with the development team as needed. Key Performance Indicators: Quality and timeliness of documentation and deliverables. Initiative and process improvement contributions. Effective communication, time management, and stakeholder collaboration. Professionalism and alignment with organisational culture and values. Confidentiality & Compliance: Maintain confidentiality of all company and client information. Comply with information security and organisational policies.
