Reporting to the Campus Delivery Manager, you’ll create engaging, practical learning experiences that meet the needs of your students and their employers.You Will Deliver hands-on training aligned with New Zealand standards Support student welfare and foster an inclusive learning environment Monitor learner progress through assessment and feedback Ensure training is delivered safely and effectively Collaborate closely with colleagues and industry partners Model the Skills Group values in everything you do Desired Skills And Experience About you You’ll bring your trade expertise and a genuine desire to help others succeed.To Be Considered, You Must Hold registration as a Certifying Plumber and/or Certifying Gasfitter and/or Certifying Drainlayer Hold Unit Standard 4098 and Unit Standard 11551, or be working towards them (support provided if not yet achieved) Hold Adult Education Level 4 or Level 5, or be working towards it (support provided as part of your professional development) You’ll Also Have Ideally tutoring or training experience, or a strong understanding of the apprenticeship process Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A proactive, positive approach to teamwork and problem solving If you’re an experienced tradesperson who loves sharing knowledge and supporting others to achieve, this is your opportunity to inspire the next generation.Why join Skills Group?At Skills Group, our purpose is to maximise human potential.
