Financial AnalystSofia, BulgariaWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to join our team. Thesuccessful candidate will play a key role in supporting financial planning and analysis (FP&A),budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting & payroll. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights that drivestrategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities:
● Analyze financial data and prepare financial models to support business decisions● Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports● Support budgeting and forecasting processes● Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), highlight trends, and analyse variances● Work closely with departments to understand cost drivers and identify efficiencies● Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested by management● Maintain and improve financial tools, dashboards, and reporting systems● Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data in systems and reports● Oversees the payrol process● Collaborate with HR or payroll teams to ensure payroll accuracyQualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field● 2+ years of experience in a finance, accounting/payroll role● Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with financial modelling● Familiarity with ERP systems (e. g. , NetSuite) is a plus● Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills● Attention to detail and ability to work independently● Excellent communication and presentation skills● Understanding of payroll processes and accounting treatment● Experience working with payroll systems or supporting payroll reconciliation is a strongplusPreferred Qualifications: ● Experience in the financial industry● Professional certification (e. g.
