Join a fast-growing, dynamic team setting new industry standards and shaping the next era of global energy.What You’ll DoReview, interpret, and manage the execution of the main contract, subcontracts, and other agreementsMonitor compliance with contractual obligations and advise Project Management on risks and opportunitiesManage change orders, variation requests, claims, and disputes with clients and subcontractorsDraft and review contract-related documents, letters, and notices in coordination with legal and commercial team.Lead or support negotiations with clients, partners, and vendors regarding commercial or contractual matters.What You’ll BringMinimum 10–15 years of experience in contract management within EPC or large-scale industrial projects.Strong understanding of EPC contracting models, payment terms, liabilities, and dispute resolutionProven track record in handling EPC main contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements Excellent skills in contract drafting, risk analysis, and claims preparationExperience in managing claims, variations, and contractual correspondence with clients and subcontractor.Strong negotiation, communication, and client-facing skills in English (spoken and written)Familiarity with project controls, cost reporting, and schedule interfaces is a plus.Office Location223 Teheran-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul (Keungil Tower Building)GasEntec is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer that values diversity and positively encourage applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of race, religion, sex, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, disability status, pregnancy or maternity or other applicable legally protected characteristics.
