PMIS Specialist / Saudi National

We are seeking a qualified PMIS to join our team for a PMC residential project in Jeddah. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and maintaining Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) to ensure seamless project documentation, workflow automation, and reporting.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain the Document Management Plan in alignment with project and client requirements.Configure, design, and implement workflows to streamline document control and project processes.Set up and apply Client procedures in EDMS platforms (e.g., Unifier).Establish and maintain document distribution matrices and ensure compliance with project communication protocols.Configure and integrate PMIS software with other platforms such as Primavera P6, Power BI, and similar tools.Build, customize, and automate reporting dashboards and data visualizations to meet project reporting requirements.Ensure proper configuration, linking, and management of PMIS environments in Oracle-based systems.Support end-users and conduct training sessions to enhance system utilization.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in PMIS or EDMS roles within large-scale projects.Proven experience in PMC (Project Management Consultancy) environments.Hands-on experience with Unifier implementation software is mandatory.Strong knowledge of Oracle environments, Primavera P6, and Power BI integration.Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary project environment.
