We specialise in deploying expert consultants across programmes that shape the future of financial services. We are currently seeking a PMO Analyst for immediate deployment with one of our Tier 1 Financial Services clients, supporting a large-scale Customer Query Management transformation initiative.Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced PMO professional to support the governance, planning, and delivery oversight of a major Customer Query Management programme. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining programme controls, tracking performance, managing risks, and supporting executive-level reporting and governance forums.This role requires a strong understanding of project management disciplines, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to bring structure and consistency to complex delivery environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain programme plans, RAID logs, and performance dashboards to monitor progress and drive delivery oversightTrack milestones, dependencies, and financials, ensuring alignment to programme timelines and budgetsFacilitate key governance forums including Steering Committees and Working Groups, ensuring accurate, timely reporting and documentationStandardise project management processes, tools, and templates to ensure consistency across delivery teamsSupport continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency, transparency, and controlProduce insightful management information to support decision-making and executive reportingPartner with Programme and Project Managers to maintain alignment with overall transformation objectivesKey Skills & ExperienceProven PMO experience within large-scale transformation or change programmes, ideally in banking or financial servicesStrong knowledge of project governance frameworks such as Agile, Prince2, or MSPProficiency in MS Project, Excel, and Power BI (or similar reporting tools)Excellent organisational and analytical skills with strong attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and influence at senior stakeholder levelConfident communicator with excellent written and verbal reporting capabilitiesDesirable QualificationsPrince2, AgilePM, or MSP certificationExperience supporting digital or operational transformation programmesFamiliarity with financial tracking and resource management processesWhy Join Albany Beck?Opportunity to play a pivotal role in a high-impact transformation programme within a Tier 1 financial institutionJoin a growing consultancy that values collaboration, professional growth, and client excellenceCompetitive day rates and access to ongoing development through our consultant networkBe part of a community driving meaningful change across the financial services industry
