PMO Assistant Manager

We’re seeking a PMO Assistant Manager to lead process improvement and automation initiatives across LATAM.This role will focus on driving operational excellence, streamlining workflows, and implementing innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and scalability throughout the region.What are we looking for?Experience: 2–3 years leading projects in finance and technology domains.Language: Advanced English (written and spoken).Profile:Customer-facing experience.Strong leadership skills.Proven stakeholder and relationship management.Exposure to AI-driven initiatives and digital transformation projects is a plus.Responsibilities and TasksOrganize and monitor interconnected projects across LATAM.Build and maintain comprehensive project plans, including:Approach, scope, tasks, durations, work effort, dependencies, budget, planning assumptions, resource allocation, and deliverables.Support program strategies and objectives, ensuring alignment with PMO standards.Apply change, risk, and resource management processes within programs.Implement rigorous financial monitoring and reporting for programs.Assess program performance and ensure adoption of GPMO best practices and portfolio standards.Collaborate on technology and automation projects, leveraging AI and innovative tools to optimize processes.Need any more reasons to apply?By joining us, you can look forward to a broad range of employee benefits.
