Drive end-to-end execution of key O2O initiatives within Lotus's Thailand, ensuring alignment with business priorities and division-level governance. Act as the central project owner across Operations, Technology, Marketing, Commercial, and external partners to ensure structured delivery, risk control, and measurable business impact.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end delivery of assigned O2O initiatives aligned with business prioritiesTranslate roadmap into clear project plans, milestones, and cross-functional actionsDrive coordination and accountability across Ops, Tech, Marketing, Commercial, and partnersManage risks, dependencies, and escalations to ensure predictable executionTrack timeline, scope, and business impact; provide structured updates to leadershipSupport go-live readiness and post-launch stabilizationKey SkillsStrong hands-on project and program management capabilityCross-functional stakeholder management and influence without authorityExecution governance and structured risk managementStrategic prioritization with strong business acumenData-driven tracking and performance monitoringClear, concise executive communicationHigh ownership mindset with strong problem solving abilityRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field6+ years of project or program management experience in retail, eCommerce, or O2O environmentsProven experience delivering large-scale operational system implementations (WMS, OMS, Rider/Last-mile systems, Retail Applications)Strong understanding of retail supply chain, fulfillment workflow, inventory management, and last-mile operationsStrong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authorityStructured problem-solving and risk management capabilityData-driven mindset with ability to track and interpret operational KPIsStrong executive communication and presentation skillsFluent in Thai and English (verbal and written)Preferred: Hands-on experience managing full project lifecycle (requirement → design → UAT → go-live → stabilization)
