This role will work closely with the CEO PMO and CPO to ensure alignment, transparency, and efficiency in delivering the company's product portfolio.ResponsibilitiesOversee the product portfolio lifecycle from ideation to delivery, ensuring alignment with CPO strategyAssist Product Managers in reporting progress to the CEOs office.Monitor initiative milestones, identify risks, and escalate issues as neededRecommend improvements to product development processes, tools, and cross-functional collaborationDrive best practices in planning, budgeting, and resource allocationAct as the central contact for reporting product initiatives to executive leadership and the BoardRequirements3-5 years of experience in PMO, program management, or product operations roles, preferably in technology or product-driven organizationsStrong organizational and analytical skills with experience in portfolio governance and performance trackingFamiliarity with change management and process improvement methodologies is a great advantageExcellent communication skills, with experience preparing executive-level reports and presentationsDisclaimerMeratus is committed to ethical hiring practices.
