Job DescriptionWork closely with upper leadership to shape the fraud team’s mission and strategy to ensure alignment with the overall company/department business directionDevelop fraud forecast models to estimate the scale of fraud impact and conduct workforce and task planning accordinglyAnalyse and identify areas for optimization to drive targeted initiatives to maximize team efficiency and productivityMonitor performance and initiate actions to improve fraud prevention, detection, and cancellationResearch competition and market to leverage market best practices to improve our defense against fraudsters constantlyDrive and program manage local/regional projects and strategic initiativesRequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalentAt least 3 years of working experience, preferred in consulting or e-commerceExcellent problem-solving and critical thinkingStrong strategic thinking and planningStrong analytical skillsGood written and verbal communication skills in EnglishGood project management and stakeholder managementGood leadership and team management skills
