Job DescriptionResponsible for key Inventory KPIs of all Shopee’s Warehouses.Initiate/drive projects with diversified stakeholders (Warehouse managers, Warehouse operators, relevant office teams) to improve:Inventory accuracy (%Cycle count accuracy, %cycle count compliance,...)Inventory efficiency (%out-of-stock in picking,...) including optimise inventory layout, inventory storage settingInventory cost (productivity)DEM (Damage/Expire/Missing) rateAnalyze data key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for cost saving and efficiency improvementReport result and deliver proposal to managementRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in project management in supply chain/logistics, e-commerce, consultingStrong execution, stakeholders management and data analyticsStrong communication skills in Vietnamese and English (verbal and written).Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Good team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of integrity and responsibility.
