Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking. Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled PMO Operations Manager to join our client. Contract Period: 6 months with potential to extend or convert Location: Toronto, ONLocation Type: Hybrid; expected in office 4 days a week, practically we are in the office 2-3 days a weekBusiness Hours: Monday-Friday; 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMJob Responsibilities:Execute quarterly control testing and document results, ratings, and remediation actionsMonitor and manage Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), ensuring breaches are tracked and resolvedCoordinate and submit PMRO attestation packages, including GRCE documentation and control deficiency trackingMaintain Clarity data accuracy and ensure timely updates aligned with governance milestonesImplement and maintain automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Selenium) to streamline control testing and reportingTrack operational metrics and report on PMO performance, efficiency, and complianceSupport onboarding and training of PMs and SMs on governance and control expectationsMaintain a consistent and compliant PMO operating environmentEnsure timely and accurate execution of control testing and attestation processesAutomate and streamline PMO reporting and governance workflowsRun quarterly tests, document results, and track fixesExperience & Qualification Requirement:Post-Secondary Education10 years of PM experienceControl Testing, Risk & Compliance ExperienceData Accuracy & Reporting ExperienceAutomation ToolsBanking Experience**** ALL CANDIDATES MUST COMPLETE A CRIMINAL AND CREDIT CHECK AS PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS **** ***We use AI technology as part of our application review process to assist with screening and assessment.
