Job DescriptionConduct project management activities, from creating targets for new initiatives, to tracking its success, and communicating with a wide range of internal stakeholders.Perform competitor research to suggest improvements for sellers and buyers experience.Apply qualitative research and quantitative analysis to understand and improve current business processes.Work together with multiple stakeholders to roll out projects.Develop KPIs for the team and subsequently review/track these KPIs.Analyze data and generate insights to inform new initiatives.Conduct meetings with all senior stakeholders and team members, Mentor and influence team members.Requirements2-5 years experience in analytical role/stakeholder managementVery strong analytical skills and being a proactive initiatorGood communication skills in EnglishProficiency in ExcelHave a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and result-orientationStrong stakeholder management skillsGood team player with can-do attitudePassion to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
