OverviewThe Order Entry Technician is responsible for entering prescriptions and refills into the pharmacy system with both speed and accuracy. Technicians must be responsive and courteous when addressing our customers needs.

ResponsibilitiesEnter new and refill prescriptions into the pharmacy systemResolve and answer questions customer needs and requestsActively contribute to the evaluation and continuous improvement of client services, policies, and proceduresComply with government and department policies regarding safety, attendance, and dress codeFollow all applicable government regulations, including HIPPAEnsure safety policy and procedures are consistently adhered to and practicedOther duties as assigned; Job duties may vary depending on business needsQualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of one (1) year working as a pharmacy technician (long-term care pharmacy preferred)Framework/ECM Experience required.

Employees earn up to 10 PTO days each year, with rollover options and milestone bonuses. Employees have the option to cash out up to 10 PTO hours each quarter for added financial flexibility. Please note, because we are a pharmacy most of our locations are open 24-hours a day, 7 days a week and therefore schedules may change as determined by the needs of the business.
