Policy Reporting & Quality Assurance (Risk Department)

We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our Risk Department, focusing on Policy Reporting & Quality Assurance (QA).As part of the Policy Reporting & QA team, you will play a key role in ensuring the effectiveness and consistency of our operational risk management framework. You will: Support the implementation and review of operational risk management policies and procedures. Prepare and analyze operational risk reports, both qualitative and quantitative for Management and Regulators. Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure data accuracy and compliance with risk standards. Coordinate and communicate with Group counterparts to align on reporting requirements and policy updates. Identify areas for process improvement and support initiatives that enhance risk awareness across the organization. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain an effective risk governance environment. ⸻ Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in Operational Risk Management (ORM) within the banking industry. Strong understanding of industry-standard operational risk management methodologies. Skilled in preparing analytical, qualitative, and quantitative reports related to operational risk. Fluent in English (both written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. Fast learner, adaptable in a dynamic and evolving environment. Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
