Join our international team, where your communication skills and problem-solving abilities directly impact business customers across Europe. This is a B2B (business-to-business) role, supporting Polish-speaking corporate clients with order management and customer care tasks. You’ll enjoy a stable schedule, comprehensive training, and the flexibility of working fully remote. 2. During your daily work, you can expect the following tasks: Act as the first point of contact for Polish-speaking business customers, handling queries via phone and email. Manage the end-to-end process of customer service and order management with accuracy. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction. Handle a low volume of daily calls while focusing on quality and accuracy. Utilize systems and tools to log, monitor, and follow up on cases.  3. You are an ideal candidate if: You have C1 (advanced) Polish and at least B2 English language skills. You communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. You have strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills. You pay close attention to detail and accuracy in your work. You are open to learning new systems and processes during our full training program. You are eligible to work in Hungary (EU or non-EU nationals with appropriate permits).  4. Nice to have: Previous experience in customer service, order management, or IT support. Knowledge of SAP or Salesforce systems. At least 1 year of experience in a similar environment.
