Job Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and solutions.Maintain customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently.Keep accurate records and follow up on customer requests.Collaborate with the team and follow company guidelines.Requirements:Fluent Polish (written and spoken) & good English skills.EU citizenship OR valid work permit (full-purpose, specific-purpose, or refugee protection certificate).Strong communication and problem-solving skills.No previous experience required – entry-level role.Ability to work remotely after completing on-site training.What’s Offered:Relocation Package:Flight ticket (inside the EU)2 weeks of hotel accommodationAirport pickupReal estate agency fee covered Paid on-site training in Athens.
