Vice President, Business Management – Strategic Initiatives- Global Fintech Firm (Singapore) Polymath Search is partnering with a global fintech firm and they are looking for a visionary Vice President to be part of their Strategic Initiatives & Analytics function and drive the next wave of growth for their Asia business. As a core member of the APAC Business Management & Operations team, you’ll orchestrate mission-critical strategies, optimize performance, and scale capabilities across diverse markets. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a high-impact team at the heart of our regional expansion efforts. Requirements of the role:
Involve in strategic planning, business planning for all of Asia’s businessArchitect and implement performance metrics (KPIs) that fuel operational excellenceLead strategic initiatives—from market entry and client segmentation to M&A scouting and product deliveryDesign advanced reporting and analytics frameworks that empower data-driven decision-makingForecast growth trajectories and optimize processes for scale across APACMobilize cross-functional stakeholders around transformative goalsMonitor and decode industry trends in Asset & Wealth Management, especially in Private MarketsDraft influential research papers, presentations, and speaking notes for senior leadership engagementsPresent and create collateral for top executives within the businessResponsibilities of the role:
A strong academic foundation in Finance or related fields8+ years of relevant working experience in consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy or business management role; 1 - 2 years of operating experience at hypergrowth start-up preferredYou should be highly motivated and a self-starter and comfortable with challenging the status quo with the ability to think outside of the box to solve problemStrong understanding of finance and ability to roll up your sleeves on analytical workProven track record of using data to drive business decisions including the ability to structure problems for analysis and synthesize strategic insights in an actionable and compelling mannerDeep understanding and experience within Asset- and Wealth Management industries, ideally with exposure to Private MarketsExperience with Salesforce also a plusApplication Process:
