We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Analyst to join our team and support key management routines, governance cadence, and communications across the APAC GB/GTMO . This role will provide essential support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), manage governance and reporting routines, support business continuity strategy, and drive content creation for internal publications. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with various business stakeholders and the global COO office to ensure timely delivery and alignment of key activities. Key Responsibilities: • Support and manage regular management routines, including tracking key deliverables and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Coordinate with SLT members to drive Business Information Reviews (BIRs) and other executive-level routines• Support Business Continuity Planning (BCP), including ownership of Business Impact Assessments (BIA) and associated processes. • Lead content editing and improvement for GTMO HUB articles and “Connecting the Dots” e-publication. • Liaise with business units to gather inputs, synthesize findings, and consolidate into strategic reports and dashboards. • Coordinate closely with the Global COO team to track key activities, ensure follow-ups, and support global reporting requirements. • Develop and maintain PowerPoint presentations for executive-level reviews and strategic communications.
• Assist with governance cadence, including creating meeting agendas, minutes, follow-up trackers, and other operational documentation. • Build and maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards to support decision-making and drive transparency. • Ensure clear and effective written and verbal communication across internal and external stakeholders. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Finance, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in business management, project coordination, or executive support roles. • Excellent written and spoken English skills with a strong ability to write and edit executive-level content. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (dashboards, pivot tables, charting, etc. ).
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative mindset. • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines with accuracy. • Prior experience supporting senior leadership or in a COO/PMO function is a plus. • Self-starter with a high degree of ownership and accountability. Employment Type: Contract - 6 months (For Extension or conversion to permanent role)
