We are seeking a Pool Concierge Supervisor to join our team at Meliá Serenity Cam Ranh Beach Resort, based in Cam Lam, Khanh Hoa (Vietnam).MISSIONThe Pool Concierge Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pool area, ensuring the correct fulfilment of tasks and optimal departmental coordination.Main ResponsibilitiesMaintaining a high standard of the pool areas. Organising those guests who want to enjoy, being taken care and need assistance for any enquiry or booking. Ensuring that satisfaction goals are met. RequirementsCompulsory Secondary Education and/or Higher At least 1 years’ experience in a similar position or 2 years as an assistant waiter. Fluency in Vietnamese (written and spoken) and advanced English.
