However paradise might look for you, we guarantee youâll find it here.What You Will DoMaintain all swimming pool systems including pumps, filters, skimmers, and controllers Monitor and adjust pool chemicals and temperatures according to resort standards Maintain correct chemical levels in all water production and waste systems Refer pool chemistry issues promptly to Engineering leadership Ensure clear, safe, and hygienic water quality at all times Support spring clean-up, winterization, and preventive maintenance programs Carry out maintenance and servicing of water and wastewater systems Diagnose and assist with repair of mechanical and electrical malfunctions Support installation of electrical, and plumbing systems Clean grease traps, drains, and filters as needed Assist in assembling furniture, exhibits, and setup for conventions Record temperatures, pressures, and meter readings across plant systems Maintain logs and generate computerized tracking reports Respond to guest and staff inquiries or maintenance requests efficiently and courteously Report damages or irregularities in guest rooms within 1 hour Assist with emergency responses including fires, power outages, and other urgent situations Who You AreA skilled technician with experience in pool maintenance, mechanical systems, and building services Knowledgeable in pool chemistry, water treatment systems fundamentals Familiar with basic electrical and plumbing systems, with the ability to assist in installations and repairs A strong communicator and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural team Committed to maintaining safety, cleanliness, and high operational standards Experienced in a hotel or resort setting (luxury hospitality experience is a plus) What We OfferA once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to work in one of the worldâs most exclusive island resorts A supportive environment backed by the prestige and excellence of the Four Seasons brand Continuous learning and professional growth within a global network A dynamic, multicultural team culture and a work setting like no other Comprehensive Salary and a comprehensive benefits package Employee Discount for stays at any Four Seasons worldwide Complimentary Dry Cleaning for Employee Uniforms Complimentary Employee Meals/ transportation Schedule & HoursThis position is a full-time role.
