Manage product data entry and maintain up-to-date information in the system upon merchandise arrival. Collect and analyze sales data from various Japanese channels to support demand forecasting and inventory planning. Follow up on replenishment processes to ensure optimal stock levels in stores, supporting sales objectives. Assist in identifying slow-moving products and contribute to developing and executing inventory optimization and clearance strategies. Collaborate closely with head office teams (Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, etc. ) to ensure smooth project execution. Support cross-functional tasks and contribute to projects that drive brand growth in the Japanese market.

What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree or above, with around 3 years’ experience in retail, merchandising, or related fields; experience with the Japanese market is highly desirable. Solid understanding of basic merchandise management and an analytical mindset with strong learning ability. Proficiency in Excel and other office software; able to prepare merchandise analysis reports. Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and adaptability in a cross-cultural environment. Proficiency in Chinese or English, with the capability to manage English email correspondence and basic spoken communication.
