Poppin Parties is looking for an Event Coordinator Assistant who’s organized, reliable, and ready to support events from the planning phase to party day. This isn’t just about showing up when the lights turn on—it’s about being part of the process that makes it all happen. You’ll help prep for events, attend client and vendor meetings, manage timelines, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. Yes, some nights and weekends are part of the job—but the real magic starts well before the doors open. What we’re looking for:
Someone who’s on top of details and keeps things movingComfortable with client communication (Zoom calls, follow-ups, etc. )Able to help with vendor research, prep, timelines, and logisticsReady to jump in and track event readiness (checklists, supplies, etc. )Available for onsite meetings and event days, including evenings/weekendsUses AI tools to stay efficient and organized (smart shortcuts welcome)Can be in-office daily and work independently while still being a team playerThe role:
