Porsche Norge AS, a subsidiary of Porsche AG and the importer of Porsche in Norway, is offering an exceptional opportunity for a Manager Human Resources role within our dynamic PNO team. We are actively searching for a business-oriented professional who is fueled by a passion for supporting various business areas. As a direct report to the CEO and member of the management team, you will play a pivotal role between our business departments, our executive team and the central HR departments of Porsche AG.

You will be part of a global team of HR experts representing the different subsidiaries of Porsche in a professional network together with the Headquarter. Join our diverse team of 35 enthusiasts working mainly in our Oslo office but also remotely.

TasksExecute HR-operations along our key HR-processes from recruiting until offboardingEnsure that the organizational structure aligns with business needsOversee headcount management and control personnel costs together with financeImplement Porsche’s HR strategy and annual business planConduct the annual staff engagement survey and follow up on resulting action plansDrive the continuous development of the company culture by designing and implementing targeted initiativesManage payroll and optimize employee benefits to enhance motivation within budgetOversee talent management, including assessment processes and succession planningSupport employee development and training in cooperation with department headsEnsure HR-compliance with legal and internal requirements, through our respective policiesQualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, law or psychologyMinimum of 5 years of professional experience in HRExperience with HR-InfosystemsExcellent knowledge of labour law in Norway and basic knowledge about taxationGood written and oral presentation skills in English - Norwegian and German beneficialEfficient, structured, analytical, and thorough approach to work tasksAbility to work as a team member with cultural awareness and sensibilityA very high eagerness to learn and grow as an individual
