You will provide expert leadership and strategic direction, ensuring the delivery of long-term initiatives as well as safe, efficient and effective day to day operations with a focus on continuous improvement, risk management and adherence to relevant regulations.

Strategic, commercial and great with people — Here’s who we’re looking for: You are an experienced senior leader with a focus on operations within the ports, aviation, mining or tourism industry; however, we are keen to hear from candidates with transferrable skills from other sectors. You are a strategic leader who inspires, engages and develops your team. You role model and promote a safety-first health and safety culture. You understand risk and compliance and the ability to comply with the appropriate governance and legislation.

You have a proven background monitoring and driving high standards of customer service and facilities' presentation. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail. You work collaboratively and are adept at quickly building and maintaining effective working relationships.
