As the current Commercial Director moves to another role within the company, Port of HaminaKotka Ltd is looking for aCOMMERCIAL DIRECTORto take responsibility for sales and marketing and to oversee the companyās finances as a member of the management team. You will also act as the Deputy CEO and serve as the CEO of the subsidiary Kotkan Satamatalot Ltd. We expect the Commercial Director to have: a higher education degree in commerce or law (e. g.
MSc in Economics and Business Administration or Master of Laws)knowledge of the port and logistics sectora strong sales and marketing orientationexcellent negotiation skills and experience in managing contract processesgood cooperation and leadership skillsfinancial expertisestrong spoken and written skills in Finnish and English; other language skills are considered an advantageA security clearance will be conducted for the selected candidate, and an approved medical certificate is required.
