Portfolio Analyst

Description: The Portfolio Analyst supports the development and management of the project portfolio by evaluating new initiatives, coordinating stakeholder alignment, and providing reliable project estimates to inform executive decisions. The role requires maintaining accurate and up-to-date project data across systems to enable effective tracking, reporting, and portfolio governance.Responsibilities:Conduct initial project assessments to build and maintain a robust portfolio.Facilitate validation sessions with Business Owners and key stakeholders.Translate business needs into actionable project proposals and estimates.Ensure project information is current across portfolio management tools.Manage end-to-end lifecycle activities for projects, enhancements, and research initiatives.Identify opportunities to enhance portfolio management processes, systems, and reporting.Apply knowledge of PMO methodologies, SDLC, and Agile frameworks to support project delivery.Demonstrate strong financial acumen through accurate budgeting and forecasting.Utilize advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, for analysis and reporting.
