Job DescriptionTo assist with Ongoing Credit Management and Ongoing Risk Management, or Collection support and administration to control exposureWelcome to FNB – the home of the #Changeables.We design for the shapeshifters, delivering innovative products and services that reflect our pride in the exceptional people who make it all happen.We’re currently seeking a Portfolio Analyst with hands-on experience in Hogan and Plexus Collections, as well as account recovery. The ideal candidate will be skilled in engaging with customers to encourage payment, identifying early signs of risk, and initiating proactive conversations around defaulting accounts. Responsibilities include negotiating payment arrangements, assessing and adjusting accounts, and supporting ongoing credit and risk management processes.
