The Role Due to growth, we are seeking three Portfolio Analysts, with a focus on reconciliations and portfolio maintenance. This role is responsible for the accurate administration and reconciliation of client investment portfolios, across domestic and international assets. The role involves maintaining data integrity, resolving complex discrepancies and supporting efficient transaction processing. As a trusted point of contact for both internal teams and external clients, you’ll support high-quality client outcomes and delivery our industry-leading portfolio administration services.Key ResponsibilitiesReconciliations: The major part of the role will be to execute portfolio reconciliations and maintain accurate, up-to-date data. You’ll investigate and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate financial reporting.Portfolio Maintenance: You’ll process a range of domestic and international transactions (e.g., fixed interest, asset transfers, redemptions, corporate actions) and administer alternative investments and fund transfer requests.Desired Qualifications, Experience and CompetenciesMinimum 2 years’ experience in a middle office, custody, or funds administration role.Strong understanding of asset administration and reconciliation processes.Understanding of financial instruments and CGT implications.Proficiency in financial software and data analysis tools.The ability to manage multiple priorities and have resilience.High attention to detail and commitment to quality and client satisfaction.What We OfferFlexible hybrid work environment—split your time between home (3 days) and the office (2 days – typically Wednesday and Thursday).Location: Flexible - can be based in either our Sydney or Melbourne office.Competitive salary with annual performance incentives (bonus).Comprehensive leave benefits, including paid parental leave and purchased leave options.Access to novated leasing and financial wellness courses.Professional development opportunities tailored to your growth.End-of-trip facilities at 367 Collins Street, Melbourne and 50 Bridge Street, Sydney.How to Apply Please apply with your CV and cover letter detailing how your experience and career interests align with the key responsibilities and competencies of this role.
