Portfolio Lead Support Coordinator The portfolio lead support coordinator is responsible for supporting EMEA Vegetable Seeds Portfolio Lead (PL) team. They ensure smooth execution of forecasting, supporting product lifecycle activities, trial planning, budgeting, logistics, and reporting activities. The role supports PL team by maintaining accurate data, coordinating workflows, and ensuring compliance with established processes.Your Tasks & Responsibilities:Forecasting: Prepare forecasting files, manage communication with forecasters, check alignment with strategy, manage data entry, and follow up.Lifecycle Management: Track life cycle activities in internal system and ensure timely advancement dates, and support Chinese Portfolio Leads for advancements.Trial Plans: Track completion and monitor execution vs plan.Budget: Monitor budget vs expenses and report variances.Logistics & Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings (agendas, minutes, calendars), administer SharePoint (PL EMEA).Expenses: Manage Concur expense reports.Reporting: Coordinate Market Development reports process.Who You Are:Strong organizational and coordination skills.Strong communication skills and stakeholder managementProficiency with IT software & toolsAttention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.Analytical mindset for budgets, trials, and lifecycle tracking.Good English skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsWe Offer: Development opportunities at a great place to work.Work-Life Balance.
