We have flagship offices in London & New York.For further information please visit: www.gsagroup.com / www.thedotgroup.comAbout the role:As Portfolio Manager for Ireland, GSA is seeking a strategic and results-oriented individual who will lead the management and performance of our student accommodation portfolio in Ireland. You will play a crucial role in optimizing the operational and financial performance of our student accommodation offerings. This position is centred around maximizing asset value, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will work closely with various stakeholders, including internal teams at Yugo as our operational partner (and sister company) and external partners, to drive revenue growth and maintain high occupancy levels across the portfolio.Key responsibilities include:Overseeing financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis of properties; owning quarterly reporting to investors.Developing and implementing strategic initiatives to maximize occupancy and enhance asset value.Collaborating with the Asset Manager and operational partners to execute capital expenditure projects.Monitoring market trends and adjusting strategies to maintain competitive advantage.Conducting regular portfolio reviews and managing relationships with key stakeholders.Supporting the identification of new acquisition opportunities to drive portfolio growth.The Portfolio Manager will be instrumental in positioning GSA as a leader in the Irish PBSA market through innovative management and a commitment to quality.Essential QualificationsSignificant experience with a demonstrable track record of analytical and modelling work within real estate investment in IrelandHighly developed verbal and written communication skills , including the ability to prepare documentation for stakeholders’ groups at varying levelsConsistent track record of working in a fast-paced growing organisation, collaborating with colleagues across geographical and function boundariesProven exposure and ability to support the structure of high value deals and execute effectivelyIn-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and WordDesired QualificationsExperience in the student accommodation sectorThorough understanding of the Irish real estate regulatory environment
