About the jobWe’re Hiring: Business Analyst CPMO/EPMOLocation - Adelaide, SAWe are looking for an experienced Business Analyst CPMO/EPMO to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise, problem-solving skills, and estimating resourcing, delivery and operational costs associated with the introduction of new or enhanced business tools and capability.Skills - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Analysis supporting requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation of Project Portfolio Management and Risk Management tools.What We’re Looking For:Essential Minimum RequirementsMinimum of Five (5) years of experience in Business Analysis supporting requirements gathering, procurement, solution design, and implementation of Project Portfolio Management and Risk Management tools or similar systems such as work/task management, collaboration and/or productivity.Demonstrated high level of analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think laterally and conceptually.Proven ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels, verbally, in writing and by means of presentations, including the ability to produce reports of a high quality.Demonstrated ability to organise workloads effectively in a climate of competing priorities to achieve agreed outcomes and to also work under broad direction and/or in a team environment on complex tasks.Proven experience as a Business Analyst on major software implementation projects, from concept to delivery phases, incorporating the investigation of complex business problems and the description of inter-relationships between organisations, roles, processes, information, technology and the external environment.Proven experience in requirements elicitation and documentation. Ability to identify what stakeholder input is required, discuss requirements prioritisation and challenge positively as appropriate.Demonstrated ability to produce business models, at varying levels of detail, to represent roles, processes, data, information flows and solutions used. Knowledge of industry-wide modelling techniques and standards.Desirable CharacteristicsDemonstrated experience in estimating resourcing, delivery and operational costs associated to the introduction of a new or enhanced business tools and capability.A relevant qualification in Business Analysis or relevant on-the-job training and experienceExperience in government with working understanding and ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation and policy.Knowledge of government procurement and contract practicesAbout Us:Hays is the market leader in the UK and Asia Pacific and one of the market leaders in Continental Europe and Latin America.
