Portfolio Performance Senior Engineer

Job PurposeTo support the implementation and enhancement of portfolio performance policies and tools, and to collect, analyze, and monitor project performance metrics across the organization.Principal AccountabilitiesGather project performance data (cost, schedule, quality, safety, resources, etc.) from various systems and reports.Analyze trends, variances, and performance indicators across the project portfolio.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Cost Performance Index (CPI), Schedule Performance Index (SPI), and earned value metrics.Identify underperforming projects and highlight deviations for management attention.Contribute to developing and maintaining portfolio performance dashboards and reports for executive and management reviews.Support the automation and standardization of reporting formats to ensure consistency and accuracy.Prepare and analyze data for periodic Steering Committee meetings.Assist projects in implementing standardized templates, KPIs, and reporting tools across the portfolio.Work with digital platforms (such as Power BI, Primavera, and ERP systems) to track and visualize portfolio performance.Coordinate with project controls and other departments to align data and insights.Collect ePMO KPIs data from sections, submit on the Kippy platform, and assist other Portfolio Performance sections as needed.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in EngineeringExperience: Minimum of 12 years of relevant experienceCertification: PMP Certification required
