Job Description

As a Portfolio & Product Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing the value of our intralogistics portfolio throughout the entire product lifecycle. You will define and execute product strategies, translate customer needs into clear priorities for R&D, and ensure that our solutions stay ahead of market trends.You will act as the “voice of the market” towards R&D, while working closely with Sales, Marketing, Service, and other Portfolio Managers to ensure that our products deliver measurable customer value. Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with global strategy Build business cases (ROI, lifecycle profitability, target costs) Define value propositions and go-to-market inputs with Sales & Marketing Monitor financial performance of products (revenues, margins) Translate market requirements into technical requirements for R&D Drive portfolio lifecycle management (upgrades, extensions, end-of-life) Contribute to eco-design, innovation initiatives, and digital twin strategies Ensure availability of effective sales support and configuration toolsWe are looking for a candidate with an academic background in business economics, engineering, or logistics, combined with solid experience in product management within a technical environment. You bring at least three years of experience in product management, product strategy, or business development, ideally supported by a strong background in intralogistics, automation, or machinery.You have demonstrated business acumen and the ability to develop ROI-driven business cases, and you excel at stakeholder management and communication in English, both written and verbal.
