Brief Description of the Role:As Project Manager, you will responsible for the operational and strategic management of our infrastructure projects in Portugal. Your role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards, while coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders. You will also contributes to business development and continuous improvement of project management practices.Value Creation:In your role, you are instrumental in driving the successful execution of infrastructure projects in Portugal. You ensure that each project meets its objectives in terms of time, budget, and quality. You also contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices and actively support business development initiatives, helping the organization deliver high-value solutions to its clients. Your work will directly support the development of infrastructure and contribute to Atlante Group’s broader sustainability goals, reinforcing its commitment to creating a more sustainable and efficient energy ecosystem.Core Responsabilites:Manage the permitting processes for construction projects.Monitoring projects with E-REDES.You support the Project Management Office in managing one or more projects, ensuring compliance with contractual conditions.You collaborate with the Head of Infra Portugal to organize project activities, ensuring smooth execution and alignment across departments.You coordinate internal teams (e.g., engineering, procurement) and external consultants, supervising deliverables and budget allocation.You ensure successful project completion, meeting deadlines, budget constraints, quality standards, and technical specifications.You manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.You support the Purchasing Department in selecting and procuring key contract materials.You verify subcontractor compliance with safety requirements and collaborate with the HSEQ Manager to define site safety measures.You contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices and support business development initiatives.Requirements:Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Building Engineering, or Architecture;At least 2 year of work experience as a project manager;Work experience in the same sector is considered a plus (E-Mobility or EPC Contractor);We favour experienced profiles with previous experiences in e-mobility / EV charging projects AND/OR experience in managing execution of traditional petrol stations’ projects. Alternatively, experience in distributed renewables (e.g. rooftop solar etc) and/or energy storage projects would also be considered relevant;Knowledge of the Spanish construction’s lawsExperience in the use or development of digital Project Management platform is a plus (eg. Microsoft Project);Experience in the use of programs of architectural design is a plus (eg. Autocad);Certification in formal project management methodologies (PMI, PMP…) is a plus;While the role is for projects within Portugal, candidates must be available for international travels, for example to support other offices (eg.
