As a POS Product Owner in the Core Solutions team within Group Digital & Business Tech organization, you will be at the heart of this journey; shaping the vision, roadmap, and delivery of our next-generation point-of-sale solution. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to ensure that both our POS system and other store solutions support the evolving needs of our stores and customers across all markets.We are seeking a proactive person with a strong background in retail, product ownership, and preferably agile methodologies. You should bring hands-on experience with POS systems, a solid understanding of retail processes, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable development tasks. Your communication skills, stakeholder management, and passion for delivering value will be essential to ensure a successful rollout and continuous improvement of our POS platform during this exciting period of change.What you will doDrive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of the new POS system as part of Musti Group’s digital transformation.Gather and prioritize business requirements from business stakeholders.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful implementationTranslate business needs into actionable development tasks and user stories.Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of the POS product, from design to continuous improvement.Ensure the POS & store solutions support evolving store operations and enhance customer experience.Manage payment devices and POS add-onsAct as the main point of contact for POS & store solutions -related topics within the organization.Monitor performance and gather user feedbackWhat you possessAgile development experience or curiosity in adapting agile methodologies.Strong understanding of retail processes.Hands-on experience with POS systems.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Ability to manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation and roadmap development to rollout and continuous improvement.Ability and willingness to provide hands-on support within the store solution area if requiredCustomer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value and enhancing user experience.Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate a fast-changing, transformation-driven environment.Ability and willingness to travel if required.What we consider as a plusExperience working in international or multi-market environments, and the ability to build strong relationships across different countries and teams.Swedish or Finnish skillsWhy join our pack?We offer you diverse and inspiring work in the rapidly growing and evolving business of one of the leading pet retail companies.
