That’s our mantra, our motto, and why we get out of bed in the morning.About the RoleWe’re looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer who can produce high-impact visuals for marketing and advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate has experience designing for Facebook ads, social media, and digital marketing, and enjoys collaborating with marketers and copywriters to create visuals that perform.This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is comfortable occasionally joining client discussions about creative direction or feedback.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvertising and Campaign Graphics – Design compelling visuals for social media, Facebook and Google ads, and email marketing that align with campaign goals and drive engagement.Web and UI Assets – Develop banners, hero imagery, icons, and other visual elements that enhance website experiences.Visual Storytelling – Translate ideas and marketing messages into visuals that resonate with target audiences.Marketing Collaboration – Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all designs align with brand tone, strategy, and performance data.Iterative Design – Refine and optimise designs based on campaign results, analytics, and team feedback.Client Collaboration – Occasionally join client calls or creative reviews to present concepts and gather feedback in clear, simple language.What We’re Looking ForA portfolio showcasing advertising, social media, and marketing design work.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar tools.Experience with Figma or Canva is preferred — Canva is used in-house.A solid understanding of design for performance and how visuals influence campaign outcomes.Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
