This role reports directly to the Finished Goods Warehouse Coordinator.The RoleResponsibilitiesAs the Inventory Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our inventory department and ensure accurate tracking and management of stock. Key responsibilities include:Overseeing daily inventory operations, including stock replenishment and minimizing discrepanciesCollaborating with purchasing and supply chain teams to ensure timely stock replenishmentLeading physical inventory counts and audits, investigating and resolving discrepanciesTraining, mentoring, and supervising inventory staff, assigning tasks, and monitoring performanceAnalyzing inventory data and generating reports on levels, adjustments, and turnover for management reviewAbout YouWe are looking for a skilled and organized professional with the following qualifications and experience:Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Management or equivalentMinimum 5 years’ experience in a management-level inventory or related role, preferably in a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of inventory management systems and data entry processesExcellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skillsProficiency in problem-solving and the ability to delegate tasks effectivelyHow To ApplyIf you are ready to contribute to a dynamic and growing team, please submit your written application, resume, certificates, and references by Friday, 21st November 2025 to:The HR CoordinatorParadise FoodsP.O.
