Overview: Our US client is seeking an experienced Post Closer to support their mortgage operations team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in clearing investor purchase conditions and a thorough understanding of post-closing processes. Familiarity with Encompass, document trailing, and collateral handling is essential.Key Responsibilities:Review closed loan files for completeness and complianceClear investor purchase conditions in a timely mannerEnter and reconcile purchase advice dataTrack and obtain trailing documents, including final title policies and recorded mortgagesCoordinate collateral shipping to custodians/investorsMaintain accurate documentation in Encompass LOSCommunicate with investors, title companies, and internal departments as neededCandidate Profile:Minimum of 2 years' experience in a post-closing role within the mortgage industryStrong working knowledge of EncompassDetail-oriented and highly organizedFamiliar with investor delivery requirements and timelinesExcellent communication and follow-through skillsAble to manage tasks independently in a fast-paced environment
