Key Responsibilities:Follow up on all post-sales logistics activities, ensuring timely processing and delivery.Send follow-up messages to customers regarding shipment and order updates.Coordinate between Finance and Logistics departments for smooth processing.Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.Maintain accurate records of customer communications and logistics updates.Requirements:Degree or diploma in business, logistics, or related field (preferred).1–3 years experience in logistics, customer service, or post-sales support.Strong communication and coordination skills.Good organizational and follow-up abilities.Proficient in MS Office.
