Our group describes the cellular heterogeneity in pediatric tumors and its impact on therapy response. In this project we focus on identifying mechanisms of cellular communication between immune and tumor cells in pediatric cancer. In order to do this, we use advanced single cell-based technologies, including single cell RNA sequencing, spatial transcriptomics and multiplex immunohistochemistry - ideally with you on board!
