Every year, candidates worldwide take part in Potentialpark’s Communication Studies and Experience Panels to share with us their expectations, preferences, and needs during the job search and application processes. Our in-depth analysis of this data helps local and global employers improve their career channels and stay up-to-date with what is important for young talent.

What We OfferA full-time, 6-month, internship position with a dynamic and international organization with the possibility of extension based on performance The opportunity to develop your skills in communication, marketing, sales, research, HR and employer brandingExperience within the ever-important industry of talent communication, candidate experience, and employer brandingA fun working environment The core functions of your role will include, but not be limited to:

Maintaining and building relationships with current and new members of the Talent and University NetworkAttract and retain new members to the Talent and University Network through phone calls, marketing, and other methods of communicationLocalization of materials and communication into local market language and based on that markets’ needsManagement of the information and quality of the CRM system used for our Talent and University Network - PipedriveDevelop and monitor advertising campaigns to promote the annual study and our brandSupport and implement the Talent and University Network strategyContinuous input to and support of ongoing research projectsBe part of the marketing team and their projects and eventsYou will also have the opportunity, depending on ongoing projects, to:

Support and coordinate online and in-person eventsBuild and implement social media strategy and communicationSupport and drive B2B marketing and communications initiativesTo Succeed In This Role, You AreA great communicatorA relationship builderTarget-oriented with a willingness to challenge yourself and find creative ways to achieve resultsA self-driven, independent quick learner with great organizational and prioritization skillsConfident with strong negotiation and interpersonal abilitiesInterested in our areas of expertiseWe Expect You To HaveA university degree or currently studying for oneFluent in English Swedish is NOT required for this position.
