You are the rhythm of the processing floor, the person who turns systems into standards, and standards into pride.Job PurposeTo lead, coordinate, and support the day-to-day production operations within the poultry processing plant, ensuring welfare, quality, and efficiency are achieved without compromise. You turn plans into practice, guiding your operators to work safely, consistently, and ethically in every aspect of slaughter, chilling, cutting, orpackaging.
