Power BI Data Analyst

Role DescriptionWe are hiring a full-time Power BI Data Analyst / BI Developer for our client - a leading enterprise based in Rosh HaAyin.This is not a standard BI developer role.This is a full-stack, end-to-end BI position designed for analytical thinkers who love going deep into systems, solving real business problems, and delivering impact fast.You will:Work closely with business stakeholders and domain expertsInvestigate data structures across ERP, CRM, Billing, HR, and other core systemsBuild robust data models (Power BI / SSAS Tabular)Define business metrics and KPIsAnalyze data to uncover insights, trends, and anomaliesDesign insightful dashboards and analytical tools that support decision-makersBecome the “go-to” BI expert who connects technology with business valueThis is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in fast environments, learns quickly, and loves both building and thinking.You will collaborate with the company's stakeholders, understand their needs, research the ERP, CRM, Billing, HR systems' databases, develop data models in SSAS Tabular/Power BI, build business metrics, analyze data, and create reports and dashboards to help decision makers derive insights and improve business processes.Very interesting and challenging mix of BI development and Business Data Analytics!We want curious, fast learners, and proactive, independent problem-solvers who take initiative without waiting to be told.Qualifications:Required:2+ years of hands-on Power BI experience, including strong DAX and Power QueryStrong SQL skillsExcellent Excel skillsAbility to work independently and in a cross-functional teamAcademic degree in Economics / Accounting / Industrial Engineering / Statistics, etc.Advantages:Experience with SSAS TabularBackground in large organizations or multi-system environments
