Learn more at www.tolunacorporate.com Introduction: We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer with a strong background in finance to join our team. As a Power BI Developer, you will leverage your expertise in both data analytics and finance to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that provide key insights into the financial performance and trends of the organization. This role will be reporting to Senior Analytics & Modelling and work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, and other departments to ensure that the reporting meets the needs of the organization while delivering actionable financial insights. Responsibilities: Develop Power BI Reports/Dashboards: Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports, focusing on key financial metrics, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.Data Modelling & ETL: Create and manage data models in Power BI, ensuring the accuracy, quality, and integrity of financial data. Integrate and transform data from multiple financial systems and sources into Power BI using Power Query and DAX.Financial Analysis & Visualization: Work with finance teams to understand financial data needs and provide actionable insights into cash flow, balance sheets, P&L, variance analysis, and other key financial indicators.Collaborate with Stakeholders: Act as the bridge between IT, business, and finance departments to ensure that dashboards and reports are aligned with organizational goals and deliver key financial insights.Optimization: Continuously optimize reports and dashboards for performance and usability, ensuring end-users can interact with reports in an intuitive way.Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Power BI reports, resolving issues related to data accuracy, report design, or performance.Training and Documentation: Provide training to finance and non-finance staff on how to use Power BI reports and dashboards effectively. Create clear documentation for report usage and data sources. Your Profile: Education RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or similar Power BI certification is desired.ExperienceMinimum of 3 years of experience in Power BI development, with a strong focus on finance-related reports and analysis.Hands-on experience in financial data modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).
