About the CompanyWe are seeking a skilled Power BI Engineer to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights across business functions. The successful candidate must be highly efficient in Power BI, with the ability to navigate menus, settings, and features quickly to deliver solutions at speed.About the RoleThe Power BI Engineer will be responsible for creating and optimizing dashboards and reports that meet business needs and provide valuable insights.ResponsibilitiesReport & Dashboard DevelopmentDesign, build, and optimize Power BI dashboards for a variety of business KPIs.Ensure reports are user-friendly, interactive, and aligned with business needs.Demonstrate expert-level familiarity with all Power BI menus and features, working with speed and precision to deliver dashboards efficiently.Data Management & ModelingImplement data transformations and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.Performance OptimizationApply best practices for Power BI performance (e.g., incremental refresh, query folding, optimized DAX).Troubleshoot report issues, monitor usage, and continuously improve solutions.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.Proven experience in Power BI development (at least 4–5 years).Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and SQL.Solid understanding of HR metrics, KPIs, and workforce analytics concepts.Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Required SkillsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.Proactive mindset with the ability to suggest improvements and new ideas.What we offer to you…Competitive remuneration package;Meal voucher card;Private medical plan;Private pension plan;Shuttle Bus;Training & Development plan;Work in a certified “Diversity Charter” company;Teambuilding events;Social responsibility initiatives.Applications should be in English.
