Job Description

Key Responsibilities:✅ Define BI architecture, governance standards, and visualization frameworks✅ Drive model design, RLS/OLS setup, and dataset governance✅ Manage, lead, and mentor Power BI and Power Apps developers✅ Partner with stakeholders to align KPIs and metrics✅ Oversee report performance tuning, deployment pipelines, and documentationRequired Skills & Experience:✔ 7–10 years in Power BI and Power Apps design, development, and support✔ Strong expertise in DAX, SQL, Power Query, data modeling, report publishing, and troubleshooting✔ Great knowledge of semantic layer design and performance optimization✔ Proven ability in governance and stakeholder communication
