Power BI Specialist / Analyst (m/f/d)

You’ll work in an international team and collaborate closely with our German colleagues to bring structure to complex data flows and empower teams with self-service dashboards.What You Do With UsYou will maintain and continuously improve our existing Power BI reports to ensure their stability and accuracy.New dashboards will be built and existing ones enhanced with a strong focus on usability and business value.Managing role-level security and assigning access rights to users and groups will be part of your responsibility.In close collaboration with stakeholders from different departments, you will translate business needs into clear, data-driven solutions.Interfaces to connected systems such as CRM, HR tools, and time tracking will be monitored and adapted whenever necessary.Whenever structural changes occur in these systems, you will adjust the reports to keep them up to date.By answering questions and offering guidance, you will support colleagues and help foster data literacy across the company.When you fit in with usYou have several years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including building, maintaining, and optimizing complex reports.Your track record shows that you can restructure and stabilize legacy reports while managing technical debt pragmatically.Business requirements are something you can confidently translate into intuitive, self-service dashboards.With your analytical mindset, you easily connect the dots, for example in time tracking or utilization reporting.Thanks to your strong communication skills, you collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders in an international environment.
