The opportunityThe Global Power+ Graduate Program is our flagship early career rotational program. It is available in 13 countries. This opportunity exposes high-potential graduates to different roles and experiences across various Business Units and Functions within Hitachi Energy. The program offers a unique learning and career development experience; it will take you across (3) six-month long rotations (18 months in total). The second rotation may be done abroad, depending on your chosen project and the availability of business opportunities.Focused on projects that broaden your skillset, each rotation will be within a different segment of our business, which you will be able to choose yourself. You will join us as a full-time employee, and from day one in the program, you will be in the driver’s seat of your career. The position will be open for applications until 31st October 2025. You will receive information about the time plan for the continued process in the notification after the first selection round. The date for the assessment center, which is the final step of the recruitment process, is planned to take place in the first week of December 2025.
